Our FAQ page is designed to answer commonly asked questions pertaining to McGuff Medical Canada service, policy and products.

Policies and Terms:

What is the free shipping order minimum?

There is a $50 minimum to receive 3 day free shipping. If the order is < $50, a $15 flat shipping charge will be added to the order.

What if I want my order faster than 3 days?

No problem! The following are the flat fee charges per box: 2 day shipping is $20, 1 day shipping is $35.

What is McGuff Medical Canada Products return/refund policy?

If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we will, at our expense, pick up and return all unused products and provide you with a full refund or exchange. All returns must be arranged within 15 days of receipt. Special ordered items and refrigerated products may not be returnable.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, visit the Order History page after logging in, and select a previously completed order.

How can I change or cancel an order that has been placed?

Please give us a call and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives. Please be advised, orders are processed shortly after being placed to ensure it ships the same day.

Am I charged when I place my order or when it has shipped?

Your account is only charged when an order has shipped from our facility. A pre-authorization is placed when the order is processed. This also applies to backordered products.

I cannot find my tracking number, how can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Good question,

  1. When orders are shipped you will receive an email from UPS.com with your order and tracking information.
  2. You can find the tracking number for your order on the specific order found here.
  3. Type in your order number here on the McGuff Medical Canada website.
  4. If all else fails, call us and we will find it for you 😊
How do I know when my order has shipped and when can I expect it?

With each online order you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email which will include your tracking information.

Product Questions:

What is a Preservative?

A preservative, used in sterile injections, is an antimicrobial agent used to extend the shelf-life of the drug by retarding or reducing microbial proliferation.

I have a Preservative Free vial, how long may I keep it once the stopper has been penetrated?

Once the stopper has been penetrated, you have 2 hours until the contents should be discarded. If unopened and properly stored, potency and sterility should be maintained until the expiration date on the vial label 😊

Can you check the expiration date of the product I am interested in purchasing?

If the product in question is in stock your Customer Service Representative will be able to tell you the expiration date of the current lot being shipped. On average, manufactured products will have a year to a year and a half of useable shelf life before expiration.
